Lisa, a meticulous Chinese designer, and Dane, the most relaxed guy from Mexico, proved that opposites don’t just attract—they create the most beautiful harmony. For their Ubud wedding, they chose a venue straight out of a dream: the Royal Pita Maha Resort. It was Lisa’s vision of a perfect Bali royal wedding—totally private, deeply intimate, and completely surrounded by nature. Imagine saying your vows with a symphony of river sounds, towering cliffs, and a wall of green jungle as your witness. As their Bali wedding photographers, our job was pure joy. We captured their emotional, tear-jerking speeches and all the little personal touches they’d planned. But the real showstopper? Right after the ceremony, the resort surprised them with an epic Kecak fire dance under the stars. Watching the Hanoman warrior kick flames into the dark sky was a moment of pure, unforgettable magic. This wasn’t just a wedding; it was a fusion of two hearts and three cultures, all wrapped up in the wild, majestic beauty of Ubud.
